Level Three. Part Four. Exhibition. Day 3.

Today was the third and final day of my first solo exhibition. It was notable because today I made my first sales, and the first buyers were those people who visited the show on Day 2. I withheld the original works since I need them for my next exhibition, but people agreed to acquire prints. The following prints were found by their owners today:

Today, I also had the highest number of walk-ins, who noticed the signs in the hotel and wanted to see the artworks. I have included below some photos of my visitors during their viewing.

I had 37 people visiting my show during three days. One of the visitors was my new acquaintance Dorine, who is the founder of M.Film Productions. She made a post of me on her Instagram page:

In this video, I explain the “Exalted Moon” piece to a visitor.

I started packing my artworks at 6:00 p.m., as I had to vacate the room by 9:00 p.m. By 5:00 pm on my third day, I was already drained. I had a very intense week, full of new experiences and a new situation I had to navigate; I felt physically exhausted and overstimulated by the communications I have been dealing with. However, I was delighted because this week was an actual turning point, absolutely transformative in my life. It was a manifestation of all the work I have been doing since September 2017 when I enrolled on my OCA B (Honours) FA degree program and started the first “Drawing 1” course, level 1. In my next post, I will write about what I have learned during these amazing days.
